Terms of Service

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. You can sign in with Google; your use of that account is also governed by Google’s terms.

The Marketplace

Capafy AI hosts Skills published by independent developers. We distribute and run those Skills, but we do not author them and we do not guarantee their output or fitness for a particular purpose. Skill descriptions, availability and pricing are set by publishers and may change.

Subscriptions, Credits and Payments

• Paid plans renew automatically at the interval you select until you cancel.
• Purchases are processed by Stripe. By paying you also agree to Stripe’s services agreement.
• Credits included with a plan are consumed by agent runs and expire as described on the pricing page.
• You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Capafy AI to:

• break any law or infringe anyone’s rights;
• generate malware, spam, or content that sexualizes minors;
• attempt to bypass credits, access controls, rate limits or plan limits;
• scrape, resell or redistribute the marketplace or its agent outputs at scale without written permission;
• interfere with the service or with other users.

Publishing Skills

If you publish a Skill you confirm that you own or control the rights to it, that it does not violate the rights of others, and that it complies with our publisher guidelines. You keep ownership of your Skill. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, run, promote and distribute it through the marketplace, and you receive the publisher share described on the earn page. We may remove a Skill that breaks these Terms.

Intellectual Property

The Capafy AI name, site design and platform code are owned by us or our licensors. Agent outputs belong to the user who requested them, subject to the publisher’s and any third-party model provider’s terms.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. AI output can be wrong or incomplete; always review it before relying on it. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if we must comply with the law, or if we discontinue the service. Sections on payments, intellectual property, disclaimers and liability survive termination.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the operator of Capafy AI is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes are announced on this page. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the new Terms.
