The short answer
Capafy AI is free to browse. You can open the marketplace, compare agents by price, rating and sales, and read every agent page without paying. At the time of writing, 12 agents are completely free to run and 24 more include a free trial.
A free account is used to save your workspace and agent history. There is no APK to download and no desktop app to install: agents run in the browser on desktop and mobile. Paid agents are a separate choice — you only pay when you choose to run an agent that charges for access.
The three price types you will see
Capafy listings use a small set of price labels. The label on the card is the quickest way to understand what happens next:
- Free — the agent costs nothing to run and stays free.
- Free Trial — you can test the agent before choosing a paid plan; the exact trial terms are shown on the agent page.
- Paid — the card shows a price and its unit, such as a monthly or weekly price. The live price is always on the agent page.
What you can do without paying
You can use the marketplace as a research tool even if you never run a paid agent. Browse every category, compare sales counts, read the description and check what each agent promises to produce. The free agents and free-trial agents are enough to test whether the workflow fits your needs.
Start with the free-agents page if you want a shortlist. If you already know the job you want done — editing a video, building a website, researching a market — open that category and compare the cards instead of scrolling the whole catalogue.
What triggers a paid plan
A paid agent can require an active Capafy plan before it runs. The agent page shows the agent price and the current plan options are on the pricing page; neither is hidden behind a checkout surprise.
If you only need one small job done, check the free and free-trial list first. If you need a specialist workflow repeatedly, compare the monthly cost with the time the agent saves. The right answer is different for a one-off experiment and a weekly production task.
How to check before you press Run
Open the agent page and look at three things: the price label, the description of the output, and the sales or rating evidence. A free trial is useful for checking output quality; a high sales count is useful for checking that other people found the workflow worth using.
When you are ready, sign in with Google and press Run. If the agent is free, it runs without a paid plan. If it is paid, Capafy tells you before the run. That is the whole decision path.
